Franklin Gharbi
Born in Paris in 1965, Franklin Gharbi began his career as both an antiques dealer and a double bass musician, a true artist at heart. His deep appreciation for craftsmanship and timeless design shaped his early work and laid the foundation for a lifelong creative journey.
From 1991 to 1998, Franklin directed a Crozatier shop in France while also working as a designer for Verardo Furniture from 1993 to 1997. These formative years deepened his expertise in classical European design and fine furniture making.
In 2001, he relocated to Indonesia, where he partnered with Luqi Hermawanti and fully embraced his role as a designer. Over the next decade, Franklin dedicated himself to crafting classical furniture before seamlessly transitioning into contemporary styles to meet evolving trends.
Grandome is the embodiment of Franklin's vision, a place where inspiration becomes form. His signature collections, including the Angers Collection and the Sculptor Collection, reflect his commitment to quality, elegance, and innovation in design.
